Irkutsk Regional Art Museum n.a. V.P. Suchev invites you to visit the exhibition. V.P. Sukachev invites to visit the exhibition "Sea and River Landscape".
The exhibition includes more than 30 works, which, in spite of genre unity, differ in subject: views of marine nature alternate with river landscapes, on the paintings you can find images of large ships, fishing boats and figures of people whose lives and destiny depend on the sea.
Among the authors of paintings are Ivan Aivazovsky, Alexey Bogolyubov, Pavel Kosharov, Vladimir Kazantsev, Heinrich Giller. At the exhibition for the first time will be exhibited 24 works by Pavel Mikhailovich Kosharov, a pupil of Aivazovsky, one of the first professional artists of Tomsk.
